Who we are
Membersetter is operated by Membersetter, address to be published. Membersetter is the controller for account data and the processor for the community data you connect.
What we collect
Your account details, billing records, the Skool and other channel conversations you connect, the member records and join answers those channels show you as an admin, and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
To provide the service you bought: answering and drafting replies, booking calls, keeping your member records, billing and support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your community's data to train models for anyone else.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Membersetter, under written agreements. The list is published at a page to be published.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Write to the support address in your account.
